We collect your personal information by face to face contact, telephone, email and via our website. Payments are taken via third party processors (e.g. Cardnet, Worldpay etc.) and you will be redirected to the relevant secure site from our website or via our in store secure credit card terminal.

Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contract obligations with you and in accordance with the Companies Act and HMRC. You have the right to request what information we hold about you.
